A school intranet exclusively accessible via VPN, with a 2-node Proxmox cluster, an 8-node computing cluster and services like NextCloud, Emby, Adguard, 3CX and Minecraft.

A real subway emergency brake wired to an ESP32: pulling it triggers an alarm on an I2C display and push notifications — soon to become an intercom.

Complete reinstallation of the power supply: new fuse box with smart meter, new fuses and CEE sockets, plus an Eaton 9PX 11kVA UPS in the rack.
